About

The main requirements of a retailer are to maximise sales and assist customers when they purchase products and services; this requires a good understanding of the stock being sold and the many ways customers can shop as well as the ability to process payments, for example, using a till.

​

You must be passionate about delivering a quality service that always aims to exceed customers’ expectations. You must enjoy direct contact with a wide range of people and are motivated by completing a sale and knowing a customer is happy with their purchase. If you feel that you this sounds like your next step of development, then this could be the ideal apprenticeship for you.

Course Overview

This apprenticeship provides an ideal stepping stone into a specialist, team leading, supervisory or first line management roles within retail and higher level training and apprenticeships.
