If you are keen to develop your role within hospitality to recognise customer needs, know how to match customers to the right products, and use key skills to ensure customers feel welcomed and looked after, this could be the ideal apprenticeship for you.
​
The most important part of the role is developing fantastic ‘hospitality’ skills and knowledge such as recognising customer needs, knowing how to match them to the products and services of the business and working as part of a team to ensure that every customer, whether they are eating in a restaurant, drinking cocktails in a bar, ordering room service in a hotel or attending a business conference, feels welcomed and looked after
Course Overview
Through a mix of practical, face-to-face, and online learning within your day-to-day role, you will complete a range of assessment activities for the core principles of hospitality and your relevant specialist function, which can be one of the following:

Conference and events operations

Throughout the course, your learning will be evidenced via on the job skills training and you will have the opportunity to undertake mock end point assessments. Once we are satisfied that you have met the apprenticeship standard, you will undertake an independent End Point Assessment.
