Course Overview
Through a mix of practical, face-to-face, and online learning within your day-to-day role, you will complete a range of assessment activities to enhance your managerial skills and knowledge to a consistently high level in your sector, and in particular your chosen area of specialism, such as:

Throughout the course, your learning will be evidenced via on-the-job skills training and you will have the opportunity to undertake mock end point assessments, and gain useful feedback. Once we are satisfied that you have met the apprenticeship standard, you will undertake an independent End Point Assessment.
