If you are keen to take the next step in your career towards a team leader position and enhance your core knowledge and passion for managing people, delivering high level results, and developing key professional relationships, this could be the ideal apprenticeship for you.  

Course Overview

Through a mix of practical, face-to-face, and online learning within your day-to-day role, you will complete a range of assessment activities to enhance your team leader skills and knowledge to a consistently high level.

Throughout the course, your learning will be evidenced via on-the-job skills training, and you will have the opportunity to gain useful feedback and guidance. Once we are satisfied that you have met the apprenticeship standard, you will undertake an independent End Point Assessment.

End Point Assessment

  1. You will be assessed to the apprenticeship standard using the following methods:
