About
This Level 3 programme provides a brilliant platform for anybody who wants to develop a career as a Human Resources professional.
Whilst the majority of learners will be at the early stages of their careers, it’s also ideal for existing professionals who are looking to pivot and join the HR function.
​
Typically, learners will be in first-line support roles, or delivering the HR function for a small/medium size employer. They may also be in an administrative role within a larger HR team – but with the opportunity to play an active role in the delivery of some core HR functions.
