About
Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool based on Jungian psychology, which uses a four-colour model to highlight key personality preferences and associated behaviours. Helping you to understand yourself, and your colleagues better.
What the session covers
During an Insights Discovery session, learners will learn to understand and appreciate different personality types and behavioural preferences.
Based on the Insights Discovery model, which uses a color-coded system (Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, and Cool Blue), learners will gain insights into their own personality style and how it affects their communication, decision-making, and approach to teamwork.
They’ll learn how to recognise the unique strengths of each personality type, improve interpersonal relationships, and adapt their communication style to work more effectively with others.
Ultimately, the session helps participants foster greater self-awareness, increase empathy, and build more collaborative and productive teams.
