Note: Please be aware that the Holiday Booking processes will be trained out by the Holiday Sales Department.
About
This course will provide all new HSM's with the tools required to process the core tasks that they will need to know on the Business Central system to be able to serve our Owners and Guests correctly and with confidence.
What the session covers

Training will focus on the Core Tasks you require to know and understand for your role.

Acquire the knowledge needed to understand how to Navigate/ Search/ Filter & Personalise the system.

Understand the Banking Process/ Owner Card Management/ Maintenance Management/ Site Tasks/ Safety Test/ Etc within Business Central.

Understanding the context behind each tasks for greater understanding as real life scenario’s.
