About

The Apprenticeship will look at managing the effective day to day ‘front line’ operation of a leisure facility. How to provide visible leadership to a diverse range of staff such as lifeguards and receptionists, whilst promoting an active, healthy lifestyle to customers.

Course Overview

The Apprenticeship is for those who manage the front line operations of a leisure facility, provide leadership to other team members, and promote active, healthy lifestyles to customers. On completion of the apprenticeship, learners will demonstrate a range of leadership and management skills that will allow them to drive, develop and successfully lead a team.
