About
A Data Engineer could be found in any organisation that works with large data sets.

The broad purpose of the role is to build systems that collect, manage and convert data into usable information (often called data pipelines) for data science, analysis and business intelligence activity.

With the right data pipelines established, a business has all the data they require on tap, all the time, to support decisions, optimise performance and enhance governance.
